Cindy is a global brand and insight strategist currently based in Sydney, Australia. With over 20 years of extensive insight and market research experience, working with global brands and top agencies, she previously led the Consumer Insight function for Estée Lauder Companies in Asia Pacific. In this role, she directed local, regional and global insight strategic work for top management and brands. Presently, she collaborates with Estée Lauder Companies in Australia and New Zealand, where she is their principal consultant representing the Consumer Insight and Strategy function. Her solid research background stems from years of leading complex multi-country research studies in Kantar TNS and The Nielsen Company. She has deep knowledge of consumers across different cultures and Chinese travellers.


She specializes in Luxury, Beauty and Experiential categories, and possesses extensive experience uncovering white space amongst these consumers.

She excels in helping brands optimize their research investments, synthesizing insights and data, and transforming them into actionable strategies understood by stakeholders through storytelling, engagement and workshopping.
